This page documents Slimrate's current support-assisted SMS consent process for non-marketing customer care and onboarding conversations handled by Slimrate support staff in Zammad.

Opt-In Method
Slimrate staff collect explicit verbal consent during a support or onboarding interaction before sending SMS messages. The phone number and consent confirmation are recorded in the customer or merchant support ticket in Zammad before SMS replies or ticket updates are sent.
SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase. Messages are sent only after the recipient provides their phone number and confirms consent for Slimrate SMS updates.

- Recipient phone: Provided by customer or merchant during interaction
- Consent channel: Verbal support/onboarding confirmation recorded in Zammad
- Consent status: Confirmed before SMS
- Disclosures provided: Frequency, message/data rates, STOP, HELP, privacy policy, SMS terms
- Message type: Non-marketing support or onboarding ticket reply/update
