How to Request Deletion

To delete your Slimrate Business app data, please contact us at info@slimrate.com. To help us locate and verify your account, please include:

• The business name on the account.
• The email address or phone number associated with the account.
• A short statement that you are requesting deletion of your account and data.

For security, we verify that the request comes from the account owner or an authorized representative before deleting anything.

What Is Deleted

Once the request is verified, we delete the account and the personal information associated with it. Some records may be retained where we are required to keep them by law, for example transaction and tax records, or where they are needed to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements; retained records are kept only as long as those obligations require. We will confirm by email when your request has been completed.
